Policies

The Cancellation Policy is Dependent on Season's and the Length of your Stay.
SWALLOW'S LOFT HAS TWO CANCELLATION POLICIES, PLEASE SEE BELOW:

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
  • If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit
  • If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit
  • If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit
CONDITIONS
  • NO CHILDREN!
  • Suitable for a maximum of 2 adult couples.
  • Check In: From 15H00. Late arrivals (after 18H00) should make prior arrangements with management subject to availability.
  • Check Out: 10H00. Arrangements for a late check-out can be made with management, subject to availability. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
  • Ashtrays are provided in designated areas outside.
  • Hermanus is a water scarce area. Please assist us in conserving our precious resource.
  • It is of great importance for all at SwallowsLoft to ensure that our guests have a wonderful holiday whilst they visit with us.
  • We ask that you please run through our guidelines before making your reservation.
  • ZERO TOLERANCE for guests who do not respect the privacy of neighbours.  Please note that we are not a party venue.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your stay if acceptable noise levels are not adhered to at all times.
  • Damage / breakage deposit to be paid 24 hrs prior to arrival - R2000 (proof of payment to be sent) no check in allowed without proof of payment. Refund will be made within 48 hour of departure.

PLEASE INFORM US AT THE TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION IF YOU FEEL YOU MAY NEED TO CHANGE YOUR DATES TO AVOID CANCELLATION FEES.
